Josh comes to Benefits Blueprint after a dedicated 6 years with Aflac Tennessee on their Small Business Solutions. In that time, he helped local businesses navigate the complexities of benefits management, implement strategies to find and keep key employees, and identify areas where costs could be cut. While eager to help everyone, he learned to identify and seek out his ideal partners—employers that genuinely care about their teams and would love to do more to help take care of them if they could.

Outside of his professional life, Joshua enjoys getting away with his wife, especially to mountains and waterfalls. He is actively involved in his community, coaching his kids' soccer teams and serving as a marriage coach with his church. Josh is also a passionate storyteller and dabbles in board game design from time to time.
